Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators
Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this latest document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
More materials released as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
